Who I am
I'm Daniel – a bridge builder between strategy and soul. I open up spaces for clarity, depth, and a new kind of leadership. Leadership that comes from within, provides direction and makes the future possible.
I accompany people who want more than just making decisions – people who want to shape the impact they can have on this world. Not alone, but together. Not just strategically, but holistically.
What moved and shaped me
My roots lie in competitive sports and industry. I started playing soccer at the age of five – with passion and dedication. As the youngest captain in my league, I learned early on what true leadership means: taking responsibility, thinking as a team, and staying on the move.
At the age of 15, I started working for the global market leader in mechanical engineering. For over 17 years, I developed global systems and projects while simultaneously deepening my expertise: as a master's degree in mechanical engineering and automation technology, an industrial engineer at the Vienna University of Technology, and with a master's degree in management and IT from Danube University Krems.
But the deeper I delved into structures, processes and systems, the clearer it became to me: what really counts is not just technical excellence – but meaning, attitude and humanity.
I am here to create new realities.
